Carpaccio di Manzo

Ingredients
Method
400 g. beef sirloin, very thinly sliced
4 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 cup arugula
50 g. Parmesan cheese, shaved
1 tbsp. capers
Arrange the thinly sliced beef sirloin in a single layer on a chilled serving platter.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice evenly over the beef.
Season the beef with salt and black pepper to taste.
Scatter the arugula leaves over the beef slices.
Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and capers.
Serve immediately, accompanied by slices of crusty bread.
