Century Egg with Tofu (Pi Dan Dou Fu)

1 block silken tofu
              2 century eggs
              2 tbsp soy sauce
              1 tbsp sesame oil
              1 tsp sugar
              1 spring onion, finely chopped
              1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
              Chili oil to taste
          Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging and place it on a serving plate. Make sure to maintain its shape.
Peel the century eggs and cut each egg into wedges or slices, depending on preference.
Arrange the century egg slices evenly over the tofu.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Drizzle the sauce mixture evenly over the tofu and century eggs.
Sprinkle the chopped spring onion and fresh coriander over the top.
Add a few drops of chili oil according to taste for a bit of heat.
Serve immediately, allowing guests to enjoy the mix of flavors and textures that this dish offers.
