Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Garlic

Method
1 tbsp vegetable oil
              3 cloves garlic, minced
              1 lb bok choy, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
              1 tsp soy sauce
              Salt to taste
              Pepper to taste
          Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the bok choy is tender yet crisp.
Stir in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot as a side dish with your choice of main.
