Yang Chun Noodles (Yang Chun Mian)

Method
100 g thin wheat noodles
              500 ml chicken broth
              2 tbsp soy sauce
              1 tbsp sesame oil
              1 scallion, thinly sliced
              Salt to taste
          Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
Add the thin wheat noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil into the pot with the noodles.
Season the noodle broth mixture with salt to taste.
Serve the noodles hot in bowls, garnished with thinly sliced scallion.
