Garlic Chicken (Pollo A La Ajillo)

Method

1 Whole Chicken
6-8 Garlic Cloves
500 ml Olive Oil
125 ml Glass of White Wine
¼ tsp Salt (Kosher)
2 Bay Leaves

Heat oil and fry chicken pieces on a medium heat. Add Garlic and bay leaves when the chicken pieces start to brown. Keep turning the chicken pieces until they are a golden brown.

Add wine and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with vegetables of your choice.
