Tarta De Queso (Cheese Tart)

250 g. Cheese - Quark Soft Cheese
250 ml. Milk (Glass of)
1 Tin of Condensed Milk
4 Eggs
1 Lemon Yoghurt 
115 g. Sugar (Castor)

Preheat oven to 180ºC / 350ºF

Caramelise the sugar in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water and pour into the base of the baking tin.

Blend all the other ingredients together (quark, milk, condensed milk, eggs and yoghurt) and pour on top of caramelised base.

Place the baking tin into a larger pan and fill with hot water to 1/2 the way up the side of the tin. (This is known as a bain marie).

Place into preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Test if ready by piercing with a skewer, if no mixture sticks to it, it is ready.
