Riojana Potatoes

1 kg Potatoes
2 Chorizo Sausages Sliced
2 Garlic (Chopped)
1 Chilli (Red, Long optional )
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Pepper Chopped (Green Bell)
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Paprika
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt (Kosher)
250 ml Water (Still)

Saute the chopped onion and pepper in a frying pan with olive oil and season, add the chopped garlic and bay leaf.

Peel the potatoes and chop into wedges and add to the frying pan with the sliced chorizo.

Add water, chilli and paprika, cover and cook for 40 minutes on a low heat.
