Rajas de Pescado con Salsa de Oregano (Fish with Oregano Sauce)

700 g. Cod Fillet
700 Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Lemon
½ tbsp. Salt & Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
Preheat oven to 180ºC / 350ºF
Clean fish and cut into thin strips. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
Place the fish in the centre of the oven proof dish, arrange the potatoes around the fish and add olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and season to taste.
Place into a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
