Ensaladilla Rusa (Russian Salad)

4 Potatoes
2 Carrots ( Fresh)
150 g Peas (Frozen)
200 g Prawns(Cooked)
1 Pepper (Red, Tin or Jar)
12 Olives (Green Pitted)
1 Tuna (Tinned, In Oil)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise to taste
½ tsp Salt (to taste)
½ tsp Pepper (Ground Black to taste)
2 Beef Tomatoes (Fresh)
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into cubes and boil in slightly salted water.
Cut the top of the tomato off with a sharp knife and set aside to use as a lid.
Scoop out all the flesh inside the tomatoes.
Stuff the tomatoes with the above mixture and place the lid on top.
Arrange mixture into a dish and decorate with mayonnaise and peppers .
