Mediterranean, Main Course Gluten Free Nut Free, Bread (French Stick)

Pan Arellano (Stuffed Bread)

Method

1 Bread (French Stick)
4 Thick Slices of Salami or Chorizo
100 g. Butter
6 Cheese - (Portions of Cream Cheese Triangles)
2 Tomatoes (Fresh)
1 Gherkins
1 Eggs (Hard Boiled)

Cut the ends off the french stick and hollow out the bread.

Cut the salami or chorizo, tomatoes gherkin and hard boiled egg into small pieces.

Mix the butter cheese and all the chopped ingredients together.

Fill the hollow of the bread with the mixture, wrap in aluminium foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut into thin slices and serve.
