Mediterranean, Side Dish Vegan Gluten Free Lactose Free Nut Free, Potatoes

Patatas Bravas

Serves 6

Ingredients

Method

500 g. Potatoes
200 ml. Tomato Passata (1  Jar)
¼ tsp. Tabasco Sauce
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ tsp. Salt to Taste
1 tsp. Sugar (Granulated)

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, fry in oil until soft and golden.

In a saucepan add a little olive oil , passata, salt and sugar and simmer until thickened, add tabasco sauce to taste.

Pour sauce over the potatoes and serve.
