Honey Wafer Mixture

Method
120 ml. Butter (Melted)
160 g. Sugar (Icing)
120 ml. Honey
160 g. Plain Flour
4 Egg Whites
Preheat oven to 150ºC-160ºC / 300ºF - 312ºF
Melt butter and honey together, add sifted icing sugar and mix.
Sift the flour and whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.
Beat in the egg whites.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or to the colour you require. Shape them while they are hot.
This mixture will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for 10 days. Bake on the day you intend to use them.
You can colour the mixture with some cocoa powder.
