Classic French, Side Dish Vegan Lactose Free, Beetroot (Raw , Large )

Marinated Julienne of Beetroot

2 Beetroot (Raw , Large )
100 ml. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Lime Juice

Peel and slice the raw beetroot , slicing first on a mandolin, then julienne into very fine strips.

Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and lime juice together with a whisk and add the beetroot. Season to taste and leave to marinate for 6 hours before serving.
