Fresh Cherry Crumble

560 g. Cherries
100 g. Sugar (Castor)
50 ml. Brandy (Cherry)
75 g. Plain Flour
75 g. Sugar (Soft Light Brown)
20 g. Almonds (Crushed)
50 g. Oats
50 g. Semolina Flour
50 g. Butter
Preheat oven to 180ºC / 350ºF
Stone the cherries and add them to a baking dish. Sprinkle with the sugar and Brandy and mix through. Put to one side.
Place the flour, brown sugar, crushed almonds, oats and semolina flour in a bowl and mix together. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour into the crumble mixture and mix it through. It will look like wet sand.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cherries and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until crumble is a light golden brown.
