Stuffing for a Chicken or Turkey

Method
½ Bread (Stale)
1½ tbsp. Dried Thyme
1 Large Onion Finely Diced
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Remove all the crusts from half a loaf of sliced white bread and place in the food processor to make into breadcrumbs. Place in a large bowl.
Finely dice a large onion and add it to the breadcrumbs.
Add the thyme, salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.
Stuff the cavity of the bird with the stuffing and roast the bird in the oven.
