French Bread Pizza

1 Bread (French Stick)
15 g Butter
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
50 g Cheddar Cheese  Grated 
1 Onion
50 Mushrooms 
½ Green Pepper ( Finely Diced)
2 Rashers of Bacon

Cut bread in half lengthways.

Spread the butter on the bread first, and then the tomato puree.

Using a sharp knife prepare the toppings. You can use one or all. Peel and chop the onion, chop the mushrooms, cut the bacon into small pieces and chop the pepper into small pieces.

Put the toppings onto the bread and finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Carefully place under a grill and allow to cook until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.

This is perfect served with a salad.
