Samosa Pastry

Ingredients

Method

225 g. Plain Flour ( You can use 1/2 Chappati Flour and 1/2 Plain Flour )
4 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
225 ml. Water (Still)
½ tsp. Salt (Kosher)

Combine the flour and oil and rub together.

Add salt and mix.

Add about 225ml of water very slowly while mixing, until you have a firm dough.

Knead well for 5 minutes.

Form into a ball and brush with a little oil. Cover and set aside until ready to use. This amount of pastry can make 20-30  samosas depending on their size.¡
