Murgh Jhal Frezie (Chicken With Onions And Vegetables)

Ingredients

Method

500 g Boneless Chicken Breast Cut Into Strips
1 Large Red Onion (Sliced)
1 tsp Garlic Pulp
1 tsp Ginger Pulp
3-4 Chillies (Red, Long)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Chilli Powder
2 Peppers (Different  Coloured)
3 Tomatoes (Fresh)
1 tsp Salt (Or To Taste)
10 g Coriander (Fresh Chopped for Garnish)

Prepare all the vegetables by cutting into strips. The onions, peppers and the chilli should be sliced in length.

Heat the oil in a large type frying pan or wok type utensil, gently fry the onions until just soft. Then add the sliced chillies and the ginger and garlic pulp.

Add the chicken pieces and stir fry to seal.

Add the peppers and season with the turmeric, chilli powder and salt.

Continue stir frying until the chicken is cooked. The time will depend on the size of the pieces.

Then add the tomatoes which should also be cut into wedges.

Gently stir and allow to cook for a further 2-3 minutes and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
