Aam Ka Pak or Mango Sweetmeats

500 g. Mango Pulp (Canned or Fresh)
1 l. Milk (Full Fat)
200 g. Sugar (Castor)
4 Cardamom Pods (Seeds Ground)

Put all the ingredients into the pan and allow to cook on a low heat, stirring to prevent it sticking. The mixture is done when it starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray and allow to set for about 30 minutes. Cut into diamond shapes when cold. Silver leaf is an optional garnish.
