Peperoni Al Balsamico ( Peppers In Balsamic Vinegar )

6 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Pepper (Red Bell, Sliced)
3 Pepper (Yellow Bell, Sliced)
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp. Salt to Taste
Put the olive oil and the peppers in a frying pan over a high heat. When the peppers begin to sizzle loudly, turn from time to time with a wooden spoon to avoid them burning.
When the edges begin to brown, add the garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Still on a high heat, add the salt and balsamic vinegar. Stir until the vinegar has evaporated.
