50 g Mint (Fresh)
½ in Ginger (Fresh)
2  Garlic Cloves
2  Lemon Juice
3  Chilli (Green)

Simply whizz the following ingredients in a food processor till smooth:

This is also good with Pakoras and Kebabs, even with Daal, and at lots of Indian meals.
