Method

500 g. Beans (Sliced Frozen Green Beans)
2 Onion (Large)
1 tsp. Panch Phoron
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Salt to Taste

Finely slice the onions.

Heat the oil till very hot and add the Panch Phoron, when it turns a few shades darker add the
 onions immediately.

Fry till the onions are darkish gold, turning the heat down as necessary till correctly fried. then turn the heat up and add the frozen beans. Fry them on a high heat, stirring to prevent them burning, till browned on the edges.

4. Add salt and chill powder and stir in for a couple of minutes. Serve hot or even at room temperature. Reheat in an open pan or uncovered in the oven. This goes well with most Indian dishes.
