Stir Fried Pork with Spring Onions

Method
1 Pork Fillet
1 tbsp. Rice Wine
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce (Light)
1 tsp. Cornflour
5 Onions ( Spring Onions )
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. Sugar (Granulated)
½ tsp. Salt to Taste
Cut the fillet down the middle and then cut each piece into thin slices.
Place the pork in a bowl with the rice wine, cornflour, and soy sauce and marinade it for 30 minutes.
Slice the spring onions on an angle about 2" long.
Heat the wok on a very high heat, add the oil and add the pork. Stir fry them until they are brown.
Add the spring onions salt and sugar and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
Arrange onto a platter and pour over the juices. Serve immediately.
