Steamed Pork with Spicy Vegetables

150 g Pak Choi
              350 g Minced Pork
              1 tbsp Sherry (Dry)
              1 tsp Chill Bean SAuce
              1 tsp Soy Sauce (dark)
              1 tsp Soy Sauce (Light)
              15 g Onions (Spring Onions Finely Sliced)
              10 g Ginger (Fresh Finely Grated)
          Wash the pak choi in a bowl, drain in a colander and slice finely.
Place the pak choi into bowl and add all the other ingredients.
put the mixture into a deep plate and make a whole in the middle for the juices to collect.
Place the plate into a steamer or into a casserole or wok with a rack on the bottom. fill the pot with boiling water and place the plate onto the rack and place a tight fitting lid on top.
Steam for 45-55 minutes or until cooked. Serve straight from the plate it steamed on. Garnish with mint . (optional)
