Beef with Ginger

400 g. Ribeye Steak
¼ tsp. Salt to Taste
2 tsp. Soy Sauce (Light)
15 ml. Sherry (Dry)
½ tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Cornflour
½ in. Ginger (Slice)
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. Chicken Stock (Fresh)
½ tsp. Sugar (Granulated)

Meet cuts thinly much better if it is frozen for 15- 20 minutes before cutting. Slice thinly and place in a bowl with the soy sauce, salt, sherry, cornflour and sesame oil. Marinate for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile shred the ginger slice.

Heat the oil in the wok to a high heat and remove the beef from the marinade with a slotted spoon and fry in the wok until browned.

Remove the meat, clean the wok and re heat some oil in the wok and add the sugar, ginger  and stock, add the beef , stir fry and serve immediately.
