Ginger Broccoli

500 g Broccoli
20 ml Vegetable Oil
1 in Ginger(Julienned)
1 tsp Salt to Taste
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Cut the broccoli head into florets and blanch them in some boiling salted water for aa few minutes.

Then put them straight into ice cold water to stop the cooking process and keep their vibrancy.

Heat the oil in the wok on a medium heat and add the ginger and salt. Stir fry for a few seconds then add the broccoli and fry for a few minutes. if the pan is to dry add a little water.

When the broccoli is heated through add the sesame oil and stir through then place the broccoli in a warm serving dish and serve as part of a meal.
