Cauliflower with Oyster Sauce

750 g. Cauliflower
20 ml. Groundnut Oil
3 Garlic Cloves Crushed
3 Ginger (Slices)
1 tsp. Salt to Taste
500 ml. Chicken Stock (Fresh)
60 ml. Oyster Sauce

Cut the head of cauliflower into small florets.

We need to flavour the oil so heat the wok on a medium heat and add the ginger and garlic and stir fry for a few seconds.

Discard the garlic and ginger and add the cauliflower and stir fry for a few seconds.

Add the salt, stock and oyster sauce and braise the cauliflower for 6-8 minutes or until tender.

Serve on a warm plate and sprinkle over the spring onions.
