Stir Fried Chinese Bok Choi

Method

750 g. Bok Choi
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
15 ml. Soy Sauce (Light)
1 tsp. Salt to Taste
35 ml. Chicken Stock (Fresh)

Heat a wok on a medium heat and add the oil.

When warm add the bok choi and stir fry until the bok choi has wilted a little.
