Spinach with Garlic

Method
750 g. Spinach (Fresh)
20 ml. Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. Salt to Taste
1 tsp. Sugar (Granulated)
2 Garlic (finely chopped)
Remove all the stems from the spinach and wash thoroughly.
Heat a wok on a medium heat and add the spinach and salt. Stir fry for a few minutes coating the spinach with the oil and salt.
When the spinach has wilted to about a third of its original size add the sugar and garlic and stir for a further 3-4 minutes.
Drain the spinach and place on a serving plate. This can be served hot or cold.
