Mediterranean, Canapé Vegan Lactose Free Nut Free, Tomatoes (Ripe)

Smokey Spanish Tomato and Garlic Dip

Ingredients

Method

2 Slices of Rustic Bread 
400 g. Tomatoes (Ripe)
1 Garlic (Finely Sliced)
1 tbsp. -2 tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
50 ml. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp. Paprika Smoked

Griddle 2 slices of rustic bread for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly toasted.

Tear up the bread and place in a blender .

Chop the tomatoes and add them to the blender to together with the sliced garlic , sherry vinegar, oil and a pinch os smoked paprika.

Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Serve with bread sticks.
