Pâte Brisée (Shortcrust Pastry)

150 g. Plain Flour
100 g. Soft Butter (Unsalted)
25 ml. Water
½ tsp. Salt (Kosher)
Place the flour, butter, water and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the mixture until the mixture comes together into a ball.
Wrap the pastry in some clingfilm and place in the fridge to chill.
The pastry is now ready to use, it is always better to remove the pastry from the fridge at least an hour before you need to use it.
